Job description:
- Answering incoming calls;
- Resolving patients' issues;
- Outbound calls regarding billing-related issues;
- Scheduling appointments;
- Entering patient information into a database;
- No cold calls/Sales (!)
- Performing other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications
- Native speaker or advanced/proficient level (C1/C2) of English — American/Canadian accent is a must (good command of Spanish would be a plus);
- High school degree
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong PC Literacy
- Data entry and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and metrics-driven
- Ability to work with a team and independently

Remote work
