What will you be doing?
- Ensuring the Guests have an amazing experience during their stay with us
- Responsible for handling all individual accommodation requests for the hotel.
- Answering all incoming calls promptly in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
- Maximizing guest satisfaction and room revenue by promoting the hotel’s other services and facilities to guests.
- Looking after emails and responding each email with a timely manner.
- Upholding a high level of regular, accurate and timely communication to all related departments regarding Room Reservations function within the hotel.
- Supporting Front Office Manager with additional projects required.
