Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills in English (at least at the B2 level
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and smart thinking
- Personal computer and reliable internet connection and backup power and connection sources (in case of power outages)
- Positive attitude
