RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Schedule and monitor daily vehicle operations ? Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers ? Book loads and dispatch drivers efficiently ? Manage emails and phone calls professionally ? Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth workflow ? Handle basic accounting tasks ? Manage and oversee 4−8 trucks independently
QUALIFICATIONS:
?? Must have prior experience in USA truck dispatching (please do not apply if you are not qualified) ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?? Strong multitasking and organizational abilities ?? Proficiency in computer applications and basic Excel knowledge ?? Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation ?? Problem-solving skills and business acumen ?? Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a friendly attitude
