Requirements:

Good level of English is required

- Schedule: Mon-Fri 3pm-1am

Responsibilities include:
- Data entry in different spreadsheets, e.g. Truck assignments, Fuel Cards, Fleet equipment registration and annual inspections.
- Maintain drivers application on Tenstreet
- Perform daily updates and regularly reviews of data in the company’s ERP system for accuracy and compliance
- Assist company safety policies and procedures to meet or exceed local, state and federal regulations to include, but not limited to FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Handle different Safety department tasks in a timely and a professional manner
- Additional duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and great organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the trucking industry and knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations is required
