Job description
Logus Ltd is looking for Dispatcher (USA market) to help create trucking routes that keep costs down but meet customer scheduling needs. The Dispatcher will be responsible for using the latest in routing software to establish daily trucking routes that make required stops outlined in customer contracts. The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with drivers to schedule emergency pick-up or delivery for new or established clients when necessary.
Responsibilities*
- Booking Freight and developing relationships with brokers and customers
- Pre-planning trips for your assigned drivers
- Checking broker credit worthiness to ensure a prompt payment history
- Completing new customer contracts
- Providing driver updates to the customers

Skills
- Languages: English (Advanced level is a MUST), Upper-Intermediate level of Russian and Ukraine languages
- Dispatch and transportation experience is required
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
- Strong negotiating skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 2 pm -12 am
- Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
