Assistant Manager based in or near Kyiv required for SCORCCIO Music Production company.
This is an exceptional opportunity for somebody with a good level of English and an interest in Pop, Electronic Dance Music, Sound Production and the worldwide Music Industry.
You will be trained to follow all aspects of the business that focuses work on an international level; dealing with clients, artists, singers, studios, producers, music publishing and record labels from all over the world, primarily via email.
Research and collection of data via websites will be required. Good standard of English-written communication ability via email is essential. Social media, website and office software skills plus native Ukrainian language required.
Some basic musical knowledge and/or audio editing skills may provide a great advantage for applicants to this post.
Work conditions:
- The prime task would be to correspond by email with music clients and the CEO of SCORCCIO, while working flexible daytime hours Monday-Friday from your own home office with your own laptop and smartphone, plus being trained for 1 hour during one or two days each week via Zoom, for a maximum of 3 weeks, to learn and assess the routines of an internationally recognised music company.

- 4 weeks paid annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Reporting by email or via WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram with the CEO on a daily basis dependening on business activity.
- Prepare invoices and agreements from templates.
- Respond to emails from clients.
- Research song lyrics and find songs via music/video portals (YouTube, Spotify, Shazam).
- Learn aspects of the music business including contact with clients, musicians, artists, producers and major music record and publishing companies in UK, USA, Germany, France, etc. Possibility of travel to international music events and seminars with all costs paid in advance.
