Chess Wizards Team is currently hiring for a full-time remote position of a Partnership Manager.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team and create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Partnership Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop and grow new business from existing clients, and actively look for new sales opportunities.
What you will do:
- Manage 100−125 good active accounts every term
- Meet sales and revenue goals
- Act as a communication hub for clients
- Build long-term rapport with clients
- Be able to negotiate contracts effectively
- Resolve clients' disputes and attend to inquiries
- Provide reports on accounts
- Assist with critical issues and escalations
- Retain clients each session
- Meet company’s KPIs
- Maintain CRM up to date with all necessary information to conduct successful classes
- Monitor day-to-day operations
- Communicate with all instructors on a weekly basis:
- foster personal relationships
- request feedback about the quality of classes
- ensure teachers have all necessary supplies to perform their duties
- Work with a sales team to properly onboard new clients
- Ensure privacy protection of all student, school, and instructor data
- Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary
- Help develop the company’s culture and overall company vision

What you will bring with:
- Experience as a Client Manager or related profession
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on client needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Excellent command of English
