We’re looking for a skilled freight broker with book of business to bring in new business, build shipper relationships, and manage freight operations in the U.S. market.
What You’ll Do:
- Find and onboard new shippers through cold calling, prospecting, and building long-term relationships.
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals with shippers and 3PLs.
- Manage shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work with carriers to negotiate rates, book loads, and track freight. Utilize DAT, Truckstop, and other platforms for load matching and carrier selection.
- Handle shipping documentation and maintain records of shipments, rates, and contacts.
- What You Need:
- Proven experience as a freight broker in U.S. logistics
- Existing book of business
- Strong sales skills with the ability to secure new accounts
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. freight market and regulations
- Proficiency in DAT, Truckstop, and other freight matching tools
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple shipments efficiently

Compensation:
Earn 20% of the profit per load
