What you will do:
? accompany clients and organize work on the project in the areas of:
- corporate law (EU, Great Britain, the USA)
- contract law (law of England and Wales, law of separate states in the United States)
- tax planning and structuring
- protection of intellectual property (mainly EU, Great Britain, the USA)
- personal data protection (mainly EU, Great Britain, the USA)
- legal accompaniment of startups and Web3 projects

? coordinate work of juniors, paralegals, mentor and teach interns
? participate in company projects in other areas: sales/PR and marketing/team leading if desired
What we wait for from our ideal applicant:
- 2 years of experience in international or IT law
- English at B2-C1 level
- experience in independent work on projects and skills in organizing teamwork
- interest in IT Law, modern trends, and technologies; understanding how IT companies work and are organized
