Job Title: Environmental and Social Manager
Job Summary
The aim of this role is to implement Environmental, Social and Health&Safety (including road traffic safety) projects within the team. The role will also include regular communication with the clients, support in training development and implementation, reports and database preparation in ESG/Sustainability area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fully take part in various projects` execution: documental, organisational, administrative support, regular updating the status with the clients, preparing reports following the updates;
- Prepare templates, develop and/or correct the clients` procedure documents in ESG/Sustainability area (policies, supply chain procedures, GHG procedures, EHS policy and other corporate internal documentation);
- Be involved and continuously learn how to evaluate environmental compliance of a client company with applicable requirements (e.g., IFI standards) during due diligence (ESDD), such as site visits, collection of necessary E&S documentation (e.g., certificates), and preparation of E&S due diligence or assessment reports under international standards/requirements (ESIA, EHSIA);
- Liaise with other team members and provide professional and administrative support when needed;
- Manage documentation of the company`s projects, coordinate the deadlines;
- Prepare presentations and commercial offers;
- Take part in site visits during ESDD or other specified site visits;
- Take part in specialised professional events within organisational and administrative staff support;
- Prepare articles or analytics reviews;
- Review the updates of ESG/Sustainability area policies, regulatory requirements, national and international updates, recommendations, standards, etc.

- ISO management systems knowledge as an advantage.
- Ability to work and learn independently and take initiative where required.

- Able to cope with numerous issues simultaneously and capable of prioritising tasks accordingly.
