We have been providing services in San Francisco for 1 year.

What we expect:
First and foremost, proficiency in English (C2) and an understanding of the American dialect for communication with customers.
- Willingness to work in the evening shifts and flexibility regarding time zones.
- Experience as a sales manager or in a similar position related to household services.
- Ability to understand customer needs and respond quickly and effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail.

Rate is $800-$1000 USD (working on a 5/2 schedule) + bonus. Average monthly salary is 1000−1200 usd, max. depends on you ;)

What you will need to do:
Answer VoIP calls and process requests in CRM.
- Work in the California time zone.
- Follow established scripts and enhance them.
- Guide clients from the moment of inquiry to service completion, providing them with a sense of security and satisfaction.
- Support the effective operation of the department: meeting sales targets, quality control.
- Work with clients after service (collecting feedback, handling complaints).
- Complete reporting on your work.
