What Will You Do*:
- Answer and make phone calls to truck drivers (assistance with reappointments, different type of payments, logbooks issues, breakdowns);
- Dispatching drivers (texting information to drivers, giving directions as needed, providing informational support, etc.);
- Answer and reply to the emails from the Brokers/Customers and assist them with the questions regarding status updates;
- Maintaining the company database;
- Weekend dispatch (booking Loads for the drivers)
- Enter the data into the system.

Skills*:
- Good written and spoken English (Upper-intermediate at least) is a MUST / Russian (Upper-intermediate) / Ukrainian (Upper-intermediate);
- Good communication skills;
- Strong computer skills;
- Experience in prioritizing work activities;
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Fast typing skills;
- To be able to work shifts: day shifts (8 am — 8 pm), night shifts (8 pm — 8 am).;
