Job description:
As a designer lead, you will oversee The Yovth’s design team. Your job description includes the following responsibilities:
- Creative Direction:

You drive the style and tone of projects to ensure they align with the client’s identity and objectives.
- Concept Development:

You lead the ideation of concepts and create storyboards to present to clients or internal teams.
- Design Development:

You ensure that designs are engaging and meet the project’s objectives and requirements.
- Team Management:
- You are responsible for providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the creative process.
- You assign tasks, set deadlines, and review the team’s work to ensure quality and consistency.
- Branding
- You ensure the maintenance of clients' brand visual consistency.
- You review final designs and visuals before they get released or published.

Job Responsibilities
- Social Media
- Ability to create highly engaged content for each platform and channels on each platform.
- High level of understanding of Industry standards + best practices for the successful delivery of all content.

- Review, revisions, and quality control all content to meet platform + client needs.
- Prepare, control quality, and deliver creative presentations to clients.
