We are searching for an experienced Amazon Review Management Specialist who can support our team.
Main responsibilities for the Amazon Review Management Specialist position:
- Efficiently organize and manage customer reviews on the Amazon platform, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions.
- Develop strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and share their experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s review policies and guidelines, ensuring full compliance in all interactions.
- Generate regular reports on review trends, sentiment analysis, and the impact of review management efforts.

What you should provide:
- 1 or more years of Amazon experience (experience with review management on Amazon is a must)
- Experience with any e-commerce marketplaces will be a plus
- Strong communication skills in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
- Flexibility and problem solving skills
