We are currently seeking an Insurance Breakdown Specialist to join our dynamic team and work in a new company department. It’s an call-center focused on verifying customer insurance information for a dentist clinic. Our team consists of young and active people working from different cities and countries around the globe.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with other team members to search and match patient information with insurance companies registers
- Calling insurance companies to clarify patient status
- Filling up forms for requesting insurance coverage
- Monitor and prepare reports based on department work
- Contribute to the improvement of the insurance breakdown process
- Continuously learn about new tools and best practices in the working sphere

Requirements:
- Finished or unfinished Bachelor’s degree
- English level B2 or higher
- Half time working schedule 12:00 — 16:30 (30 minutes lunch), Mon-Fri.
- Repeatative meetings during working hours
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Would be a plus:
Previous experience working in call centers or customer support
