Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team, to work fully remotely with a flexible schedule.
Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries promptly, assist with orders, and engage with feedback. This position demands efficient data entry, adept use of our CRM software, and empathetic interactions with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer queries promptly via email.
- Engage with and respond to comments and messages, ensuring tailored and satisfactory feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
- Manage orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.
- Address and escalate customer complaints as required.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Customer Support role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Acute attention to detail and robust data entry skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Experience in managing customer interactions on social media, particularly Facebook.
