Job Vacancy: Full-Time Dispatcher
Qualifications:
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level of spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience in the US market

Skills:
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the USA.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stress effectively.

Duties:
- Book loads with brokers.
- Dispatch drivers.
- Communicate with broker representatives and drivers.
- Answer phone calls and monitor/reply to emails.
- Provide telephone support during the delivery process and assist with problematic situations (e.g., detention).

We Offer:
- Salary: $800-$1300 based on experience, or 1−2% of gross revenue.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 14:00 — 00:00 (Kyiv time).

Experience in US truck dispatching is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
