A remote long-term job opening is available with a California-based company — quality control and verification for marketing campaigns.
All training and materials are provided.
The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, has advanced-level proficiency in reading and comprehending English texts, and can proofread information accurately. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate marketing campaigns to ensure quality control, compliance with company standards, and adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns to evaluate content accuracy and verify client adherence to agreed-upon payment plans.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, optimize marketing «flight» schedules, and support the effective execution and delivery of campaigns.
- Collaborate with account teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements:
- Experience in detail-oriented roles is a plus, but not required.
- Basic proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Professional demeanor in both written and verbal communication.
- High level of self-discipline and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative orientation.
- Minimum upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Native Ukrainian speaker.

Work environment:
- Fully remote

Currently available shifts:
- Mon-Fri, 4pm-1am (with one hour break 8:30pm-9:30pm) UA timezone (salary $400-$450/month)
