Position Overview:
The Logistic Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all logistics operations including transportation. The main goal of this role is to minimize safety risks across logistics facilities and operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for all logistics operations.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide safety training and guidance to logistics personnel.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance safety practices and efficiency in logistics.
Dealing with any problems that arise during the transportation of the load;
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a safety management role within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent level of English language, written and spoken;
- Good user of Google, Google Maps, Microsoft Office, etc.;
