DCoast Studio is Hiring — Sales Specialist (Lead Generation)
Over the past 4+ years, DCoast Studio has grown into a distributed team across Europe and beyond. We’ve delivered 200+ projects, worked with Forbes-featured clients, and earned an NPS score of 91%. And we’re just getting started.
Now, we’re looking for a Lead Gen Specialist to strengthen our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating leads on the largest freelance platform (warm market)
- Using our custom AI tools to streamline and speed up the process as well as boost your results.
- Communicating with leads in English (mostly in writing; voice is a plus but not required).
- Keeping everything organized inGoogle Sheet & CRM (Pipedrive).
- Collaborating with the team and growing towards a Closer role if that’s your ambition.

What We’re Looking For:
- English (Intermediate+)—you can write and chat comfortably.
- Detail-oriented & sharp—if something’s off, you notice.
- Quick learner—AI tools, platforms, new sales strategies—you pick it up fast.
- Freelance platform experience (Upwork, Guru, etc.)—a plus.
- CRM experience—a plus.
- Money-driven mindset—you like seeing numbers grow (both yours and the agency).
