SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- A Positive Attitude.
- A Great Personality. An Ability to feel comfortable when speaking on the phone with a client.
- Advanced to Native Level of English Language of Fluency with little to no accent (British is acceptable).
- An Ability to speak confidently over the phone with wide range of clients.
- An Ability to manage a high quantity of outbound/inbound calls in a professional manner.
- An Ability to work productively with little to no supervision.
- An Ability to work with a computer, using basic computer software as well as Microsoft Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare accurate quotes for customers looking for the services our clients offer.
- To be ready to answer customers questions.
- To responsibly maintain and fulfill a steadily busy calendar of appointments.
- To keep track of all incoming calls, e-mails and voice mails.
