S. Project is a company that serves different challenges, we provide software services to customers from the health, energy, media, and e-commerce sectors. Our vision is to enable companies to understand and implement «digitalization» as much as possible to get their hands busy with their primary business. We aim to specialize in data crunching, data discovery/exploration, and data integrations. We collaborate with established companies in Berlin / Germany that provide clients with unique Software Products and Services.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with Java 11+
- Learning our architecture and proposing ideas
- Collaboratively brainstorming architecture for new features, and continuously evaluating and implementing new technologies as needed.
- Writing tests using JUnit, or any similar tools
- Owning code initiatives with the support of team members
- Сommunicate and collaborate effectively with product owners and engineering peers
- Share your knowledge to help colleagues and the company grow

Requirements
- Knowledge of modern standards and tooling
- Familiarity with design patterns and tools in the Java/OOP world
- Real-world experience with JUnit or any similar frameworks
- Understanding Java’s processes
- Eagerness to learn—as you may be faced with new tools and approaches that you’re not familiar with and these will be opportunities to learn
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, RestAssured)
- Attention to detail in development and unit tests
- Experience using OOP principles and architectural approaches during the development
