Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a responsible and communicative professional with an active mindset who will quickly become a part of our team and help us bring our ambitious ideas and plans to life!
Your Responsibilities:
- Consult clients about the platform’s opportunities (Glendeal Agri-Marketplace): who it’s for, what features it offers, and how to use it.
- Assist in solving issues quickly and provide remote technical support to users.
- Stay in touch with clients via messengers, respond to phone calls and emails.
- Call the contact base, introduce the marketplace, and encourage registration. Assist with registration, posting lots, or solving any problems users face.
- Reach out to users who have signed up via email but haven’t registered their company or lot yet. Follow up with users who have registered their company but haven’t posted a lot.
- Inform users about additional services and special offers.
- Maintain records of calls and inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Complete tasks and meet KPIs on time while adhering to company standards.

What We Expect From You:
- Fluency in English, with clear and articulate communication skills.
- A strong desire to work and earn.
- Ability to build rapport with people.
- Skill in identifying ways to spark interest and motivate clients to register.
- Willingness to learn and an aptitude for routine work.

Working Conditions:
- Remote work format.
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off).
- Stable income with a transparent motivation system: fixed salary + bonus system.
