Key responsibilities:
- Brand-marketing strategies development.
- Annual Brand Plans preparation and update.
- Develop plan to market product through innovative promotional campaigns, utilizing the full marketing mix as appropriate.
- Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of strategy and monitor implementation.
- Full A&P Budget responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits.
- Sales analysis with the issuing of recommendations according to the situation Influence the sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately.
- Analysis of market researches and adaptation of existing activities and strategies according to the results.
- Competitors analysis.
- POS materials development.
- Reporting on all the activities carried out.
- Permanent control of products stocks and participating in the procurement planning.
- Management and development of direct reports.

Candidate requirements:
- University/master degree ideally in marketing.
- 5 years' experience in consumer marketing including substantial time in a market.
- Strong line management/people management experience.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Multitasking.
- Strong project manager skills.
- Fluent English.
- Strong understanding of trends in digital, music, events, culture, innovations and young consumers' needs.
