Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a dispatcher who has 3+ years of experience in dispatching reefer trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes for efficient delivery and pickup operations.
- Collaborate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate execution of routes.
- Interact with customers to gather shipment details, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality customer service through clear and effective communication.
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers, providing guidance, updates, and addressing any issues that may arise during transportation.
- Ensure compliance with schedules and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations.
- Verify and update shipment details as needed.
- Address challenges or issues promptly, collaborating with drivers and other team members to find effective solutions.
- Ensure all problems are resolved to maintain a high level of service quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation industry, with 3+ years of experience in dispatching reefers.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
