Necessary skills and qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a marketing designer
- Availability of a portfolio
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Experience in marketing and promotional materials design based on brand guidelines and brand book
- Ability to work in a team, receive and analyze feedback, make all the necessary changes to ensure the design is effective and goal-oriented
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new platforms, design tools, and work with various company materials
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
- Creativity, ability to generate ideas that focus on the final design purpose, target audience, and context
- Understanding of the basic composition rules

Responsibilities:
- Visual design for company’s marketing materials: Google slides, social media posts, digital ad banners, and other marketing materials based on company brand guidelines
- Design materials for the company’s web pages (articles, case studies, etc.) based on Figma templates
- Collaboration with content writers, ad specialists, event managers, and sales team on marketing projects
- Participation in the development of corporate merch design

Will be a plus:
- Experience with the design of printed materials (merch, banners, leaflets, etc.)
