Wanted: Sales Talent for a Remote Full-Time Position
WellClean is a well-recognized cleaning company in the Canadian market with almost stellar reviews from our customers (nobody is perfect, eh?). We specialize in cleaning services for Houses, Apartments, and Offices as well as a bunch of additional services so there are quite a lot of opportunities for an upsell.
We are a Result-Driven company, so we took an ambitious challenge to grow x3.5 times in 2024. That’s the reason we are looking for a Sales Talent who’s ready to grow together in a geometric progression.
What do we offer?
- Salary paid in $: High Commissions Rate with a Base Salary and Performance Bonus
- Fully Remote Work — yeah, work from any place you want. Just have good Internet, quality headset, and quiet space so you can make sales calls & alternative battery backup for emergencies
- Flexible Days Off: Full-Time Schedule — 5 days a week 16:00—1:00 Kyiv Time
- Inbound Hot Leads: Focus on making sales with people who want to buy, no cold calling

Who is a Sales Representative at WellClean?
The most crucial goal for a Sales Representative is to make high-quality Sales and provide a consistent workload for our cleaning crews.
Baseline requirements:
- 1+ years in Sales (preferably North American market)
- Experience with a CRM system (Hubspot ideally)
- Understanding the Sales Pipeline concept
- Proficient in writing your scripts, uncovering real customer concerns & resolving them, and of course closing your sales
- Achieving monthly sales KPIs
- High proficiency in English is a no-brainer here :)

Here is what we expect from you on an everyday basis:
- Making multiple calls to warm leads or selling them through messages or chat
- Leading proactive communication with potential customers through calls, texts, emails, and chats
- Correctly reflecting customer’s activities in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Properly organize the cleaning crew’s workload in our Scheduling system based on agreements with the customer
- Be a support for our cleaners as well as our clients when there is a need to resolve any issue for them
- Be a multitasker who can prioritize tasks by their importance
- Jumping on every opportunity and using them to their maximum capacity to make a sale
