YOUR ROLE:
- Coordinate office activities
- Make reservations of hotel rooms, train tickets for employees and guests
- Respond to routine correspondence, visitors and telephone calls
- Organize and ensures flow of documents in the office
- Answer inquiries about company
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms

YOUR SKILLS:
- English Upper Intermediate+
- MS Office experienced user (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communicative and organizational skills
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
