The Allied Health team is looking for a call center operator. The company’s area of activity is connected with health insurance services. Our clients are located in the USA, New York. Primary responsibility involves scheduling of in-preson visits with insurance members. Our team includes call center representatives and coordinators which offers you growth opportunities. Main responsibilities of our operators are contacting members, explaining the purpose of the visits, and scheduling a convenient day/time of the visit. If the member is unavailable, we must leave a voice message.
We are currently looking for a Call Center Operator who speaks fluent English and Russian (both language), a quick learner team player with a high level of communication skills and ability to work with people. Prospective position growth will include supervisor assistance and coordination work. Our candidate should be able to understand main points in the CRM program, confident computer user, great with making priorities and time management. We are onboarding responsible professionals with strong self-organizational skills
Main duties:
- Scheduling appointments (daily incoming and outgoing phone calls to make appointments with our patients).
- Working with a CRM system.
- Working with Emails.
- Assisting our Health Coaches with confirmation and rescheduling appointments.
- Assisting the head of the call center with administrative tasks

Basic requirements:
- Perfect spoken English+Russian (both languages).
- Confidence in using a PC.
- You must have a PC with a good microphone and stable internet connection.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Responsibility and diligence.
- Team player.

Work schedule
- Working days: Monday-Friday (optional — Saturday and Sanday).
- Working hours:from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. New York time (1 hour for lunch break). (16:00—01:00 Kiev time)

About us:
- Hourly payment on time. Start — 5$ per hour. Salary level depends on the hours worked.
