We’re adding Experienced Driver Recruiters to our team!
We are seeking highly motivated, experienced recruiters to recruit Drivers. If you like to talk to people on the phone and have a strong desire to be successful, this may be the opportunity for you. Driver Recruiter is responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment strategies in place including sourcing, screening; implement a variety of recruiting methods including advertising, community networking, and creative development of diverse recruiting sources.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and should feel comfortable taking direction from this person as well.
Training will be provided but coming in with a competitive and can-do attitude will be extremely helpful!

REQUIREMENTS:
- High degree of self-motivation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication/phone skills
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Strong in data entry
- Experience working out of multiple programs a plus
- Previous experience in sales, phone sales or retail
- 1 Year driver recruiting experience with diversity recruiting and recruitment advertisement
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls and respond to leads to gather all the necessary information
- Determine driver qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Responsible for filling a minimum number of new hires on a weekly and monthly basis
- Make any necessary updates to information in the system
- Creatively source and develop a pool of qualified driver applicants using traditional and non-traditional techniques including social media channels, internet searches, job postings, etc
- Complete timely reports on employment activity.
