Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including all aspects of project planning and execution
- Proven experience with project workflow and SDLC
- Team management experience (1 on 1, performance review)
- Problem-solving attitude, GTD principle
- Experience with Agile practices
- Strong knowledge of spoken and written English — Upper-Intermediate

Will be a Plus:
- Experience Internet of Things (IoT) domain
- Knowledge of any additional foreign language (except English) —

German/French/Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project documentation such as Project Charter and SoW
- Take part in project presale process (with business analyst and tech lead)
- Define resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery
- Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the team assigned to the project
- Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
- Report project progress/status on a regular basis to company management
- Support to members of your team through information sharing and peer to peer learning
- Conducting 1 on 1 and performance review meetings with the team members
- Work closely with a business analyst on Software Requirements
