Duties include:
- Requesting on detentions, layovers, TONU, lumpers, escorts ,extra stops, wash out, driver assist
- Assisting accounting team/dispatchers on obtaining accessorial reimbursements
- Making follow ups with brokers where loads are on hold due to some reimbursement requests
- Shipment Status Tracking & Update to brokers
- Submitting PODs to customers after deliveries
- Monitoring Truck location
- Troubleshoot driver issues/assist with finding delivery/pick up locations-PU/PO numbers/
- Entering loads in the system
- Approving paperwork
- Assist drivers on submitting BOLS/PODS to LS
- assisting self-dispatch drivers
- filling up set up packages for company dispatchers and for self-dispatch owner ops
- Making sure that self-dispatch owners entered correctly loads into a system and uploaded BOLs
- Route trucks with toll-free routes
- Making sure that driver is following assigned routes (dispatch miles)
- Provide good reviews to decent brokers and asking if they could give a review back
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints and pass to seniors
- Performing cold phone calls in order to get dedicated lanes with brokers (based on management’s request)
- Book loads in case dispatcher/dispatchers are falling behind on covering their trucks.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and on weekends as needed.
- Experience in a dispatch, logistics, or transportation role is preferred but not mandatory.
