Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
- Participate in developing and implementing performance strategies for digital campaigns, and form sales funnels.
- Plan and post in media channels for PPC promotion of AIR brands/services (including international markets).
- Conduct hypothesis testing (A/B testing) to improve the performance of advertising campaigns.
- Give recommendations on creatives based on studying the target audience and its interaction with the advertising platform.
- Analyze, and look for new channels to attract targeted traffic (Prepare technical specifications for setting up web analytics).

- Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a PPC Manager.
- Experience launching multilingual PPC campaigns (US, Canada, LATAM, etc).
- Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, and Snapchat are not scary words for you but tools that you are not familiar with.
- Have experience with Facebook Ads, DV360, and GTM.
- Experience with large projects and budgets.
- Expert in Excel and Data Studio.
