Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Managing Incoming Correspondence: Handle incoming emails efficiently, ensuring timely responses and necessary follow-ups.
- Secondary Point of Contact for Calls: Assist with incoming calls, providing support and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Document Management: Complete forms for construction permits, prepare tender applications, update licenses and insurance documents, manage expenses, and update management on key operational activities.
- Commercial Proposal Monitoring: Track incoming requests for commercial proposals and ensure their timely completion.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in searching for candidates to fill job vacancies within the company.
- Outbound Communication: Make outgoing calls as required for operational tasks.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager: Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for communication with the USA-based head office.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with a willingness to grow professionally.
- Knowledge of project management tools and practices is an advantage.
