We are looking for young, responsible, motivated and organized professionals ready to join our team. The main tasks will be dispatching loads during the transit, communication with drivers and brokers, resolving issues.
Salary 30,000−40,000 UAH. (payout in USD$)
Duties:
- Tracking loads to make sure that loads are picked and delivered in a timely manner (Reefers and Dry Vans)
- Professional communication via phone and email with brokers and drivers
- Handling documents
- Resolving current issues
- Prompt and high-quality response to conflict situations

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Previous work experience in the logistics field, especially in the USA market is preferable.
- Ability to work in the second shift from 3:00 PM to 01:00 AM (Mon-Fri), replying to emails over the weekend if updates needed.
- Ability to think strategically, be prudent and resilient.
- Clear and effective communication skills with clients and drivers, including conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a team.
