- Experience closing 2−3 Middle positions per month
- Ability to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with candidates
- Knowledge of full hiring cycle
- Experience using all modern recruitment channels like LinkedIn and Djinni
- Experience with automation tools
- Good understanding of development technologies and popular frameworks
- Work on a full cycle of IT recruitment and earn a commission
- Work with dedicated Sourcers to minimize routine
- Communicate closely with Hiring Managers
- Conduct research and analyze the job market
- Work on improvements in the recruitment process
