Requirements:
- Advanced Excel
- English language proficiency at B2 Level- you will use English on your daily basis
- Proficiency with Office Suite
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Warehousing will be considered as an asset

Work conditions:
- 100% remote job after 1 week of onsite training (abroad, so you must be able to travel)
- Working hours: 8:00—16:00 CET
- Cooperation under B2B agreement (self-employment)
- Initial training and introduction in your duties

Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication with logistic partners and providers.
- Develop and manage Excel VBA macros for processing source data into mailing lists, mass data manipulation, and order processing automation.
- Daily preparation, processing, and compilation of orders into delivery lists.
- Timely distribution of delivery lists to logistics partners.
- Daily cooperation with logistics fulfillment providers, including resolving issues and discrepancies, and providing assistance on dispatched parcels.
- Monitoring stock levels of goods.
- Updating customer systems with data, including tracking numbers and order statuses.
