We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our product’s success through strategic email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, social media promotion, and effective lead generation. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and optimizing marketing processes, engaging with our audience, and converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Oversee and supervise the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product features and address customer feedback.

Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage social media promotion across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create and implement strategies to push the product and generate leads through targeted marketing efforts.

Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including social media outreach, networking, and cold outreach.
- Optimize lead generation processes and establish effective workflows for acquiring new leads.
- Analyze and report on lead generation performance, adapting strategies as needed to maximize results.

Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, email marketing, and social media promotion.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and manage successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a proven track record in generating and converting leads.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
