WHO WE ARE
VYB is a small visualisation studio active in the Dutch real-estate market. We aim to create images that immediately evoke the sensation of wanting to step into the scene, to explore it firsthand and to inspire your imagination with possibilities. We have an office in Groningen and Lviv. This job offers you the chance to grow together with the company and where your input can make a real difference.
REQUIRMENTS
BASIC SKILLS
- Language skills: at minimum B1 English.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- A deep knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
- Experience with Forest Pack and RailClone is a plus.
- Experience in Color Grading is a plus.
- An educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, Art or Photography or any other field that could be relevant to this position is a plus.
- Having experience in making 3D animations is a plus.
- Knowledge of other Adobe programs, preferable After Effects and or Premier Pro is a plus.
- Experience in Stable Diffusion is a plus.
- Basic modelling skills is a plus.
- The ability to read technical drawings.
- At least 1 year experience in making visualisations.
- At least 6 months experience in working at another visualisation studio.

PERSONAL SKILLS
- A passion to create atmospheric and photorealistic images.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required. The ability to communicate clearly is key when conveying ideas.
- Strong communication skills. Proactive in thinking and actions. Team player mindset is required.
- Responsible.
- Able to work very accurately and have a keen eye for details.
- Being able to work efficiently.
- Eager to develop yourself professionally and personally. Not afraid to leave your comfort zone.
- Strong organisational skills to work according to carefully structured deadlines.
- Open-minded and able to deal with criticism.

WHAT WE OFFER

- A competitive salary that includes a pension. Salary will be between € 1500 — € 2000. Trial period is 1 month. Compensation trial period: € 750. Specific salary depends on your experience, level of project execution and your input into the development of the company. All mentioned salaries are netto.
