To comply with the requirements for a remote sales representative position, here is a summary of the necessary qualifications and conditions:
Schedules:
Monday to Friday
- Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MT (Mountain Time, Edmonton)
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM MT (Mountain Time, Edmonton)

Friday to Tuesday
- Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MT (Mountain Time, Edmonton)
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM MT (Mountain Time, Edmonton)

Monthly Salary:
- Starting Salary: 1000 CAD
- After 3-Month Probation Period: 1500 CAD
- Bonuses: Based on milestones achieved

Payment Frequency:
- Semi-Monthly

Language Skills:
- English Speaking and Grammar: C1-C2 level (Advanced proficiency)

Additional Requirements:
- Availability: Must be able to work within the specified time frames consistently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a must.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection, computer, smartphone and proficiency with online communication tools.

Evaluation Criteria:
- Probation Period: Performance will be evaluated over the first three months to determine suitability for the role and eligibility for salary increase.
- Milestones: Specific targets will be set, and achieving these milestones will be critical for earning bonuses. Higher target you reach — higher the percentage of gross sales in bonus will be.
