ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Our client — a leading international performance marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Success Manager Lead.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and success with our marketing services. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding results, provide strategic guidance, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, excellent communicator, and dedicated to understanding and achieving client goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support, in a digital marketing environment
- 1+ year of experience in media buying on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc is a plus!
- Experience with advertising accounts (Mets, Tik Tok, Snapchat)
- Experience in identifying and combining the client’s needs
- Experience in automatization the customer support platforms and creating the briefs of reply flow
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization

Responsebilities:
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process and ensuring they maximise the value of the company
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for high-quality customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, e-calls), ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues
- Analyze key account statistics and performance metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for customer education and campaign optimisation
- Spearheaded initiatives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Drive customer retention strategies, including identifying at-risk customers and implementing proactive retention initiatives
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company’s platform and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions
