Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Visual Analyst / Support specialist to join our Analysis Center. This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals who are eager to start their careers in the IT industry. The position offers a solid foundation in a dynamic field and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
- Imagery Data Analysis: Review and analyze images to extract valuable information, such as identifying tree health issues, anomalies, or patterns.
- Data Processing: Process and manage photographic data to ensure accuracy and completeness. This includes organizing files, maintaining data integrity, and preparing data for further analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to interpret photographic data and provide actionable insights. Communicate findings effectively to support decision-making and project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks to ensure the accuracy of analyzed data and adherence to quality standards.
- Reporting: Generate reports based on photographic analysis, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues from other teams to broaden expertise.
- Meeting KPIs: Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, contributing to the overall success of the team and project.
- Performance Management: Maintain high levels of performance, delivering consistent results and continuously improving the quality of work.
- Dealing with Deadlines: Effectively manage time and resources to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks without compromising quality.

Qualifications:
- English proficiency at least B1 level.
- Confident computer user with basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Jira is a plus.
- Ability to work with color discrimination and without visual impairments.
- High attention to details and a tendency for repetitive tasks.
- Students or recent graduates with an interest in data analysis and photography are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.

Conditions:
- Remote work
- Trial period: 3 months to assess compatibility and performance.
- Training and adaptation period: 2 weeks to 1 month, supported by mentors, team leaders, Delivery Manager, Head of Analysis, and Site Manager.
- Work on your own equipment. Main requirements: PC/laptop: AMD Ryzen 3/Intel Core i3 processor, RAM 16 GB, SSD drive, Headset + web camera+ additional monitor with a diagonal from 21.5» and FullHD.
