ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Our team is looking to expand an internal sales team by nurturing talented professionals in the early stages of their careers. We focus on cultivating a skilled Lead Generation and Sales Manager who can grow with us and help drive the business forward.
Role Overview:
This position is ideal for someone with a foundation in lead generation who is eager to develop their sales management skills. We also consider candidates without direct lead generation experience but who worked in customer-oriented positions and directly participated in resolving different misunderstandings and conflicts.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, managing, and converting potential leads. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales, with a focus on building strong partnerships and expanding our market presence in Ukraine, the US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities you will be responsible for (not all at once, we will implement them one by one):
1) Lead Generation:
- Identifying and gathering information from various sources to enrich our database;
- Working with the collected data to identify potential clients and opportunities.

2) LinkedIn Account Management:
- Managing both automated and manual outreach on LinkedIn;
- Creating and scheduling posts, engaging in meaningful discussions, and contributing to relevant conversations;
- Involvement in the creation of content and interaction with industry leaders.

3) Inbound Requests Processing:
- Handling and responding to inbound inquiries via emails, chats, and social media platforms;
- Efficiently managing communications to ensure timely and professional responses.

4) Partnership Building:
- Initiating first contact and introductions with potential partners in Ukraine, the US, and Europe;
- Conducting introductory calls and meetings to explore collaboration opportunities;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

5) CRM Handling:
- Maintaining and updating CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information;
- Tracking lead progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.

6) Sales Chats Processing:
- Engaging with potential clients through various chat platforms;
- Answering queries and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.

7) Review Management:
- Implementing strategies to increase the number of positive reviews on platforms like Clutch and G2.

8) Meeting Participation:
- Joining sales and strategy meetings to stay aligned with team goals;
- Contributing insights and ideas to improve sales processes.

9) Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborating with the sales team to create and implement new sales approaches;
- Being updated with industry trends and suggesting innovative strategies to enhance our sales efforts.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles;
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal using English;
- Familiarity with sales processes;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
