Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Billing Receptionist/Customer Support Representative to join our team. This remote position requires fluent English (written and verbal) and excellent organizational skills to provide exceptional support to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on patient needs.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries, including explanations of charges, payments, and insurance-related questions.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication while addressing patient concerns.
- Update patient records and ensure all information is accurately documented.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or medical billing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work during the specified schedule (16:00—00:00 Ukrainian Time).
- Proficient with computer systems, including scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
