Client Details: We are hiring on behalf of a SaaS client within the tourism and hospitality industry, primarily operating in Europe. This client’s mission is to empower vacation rental and hotel managers to comply with legal requirements while delivering a seamless guest experience.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist in Ukraine (if you are not based there don’t apply) who will own and manage the Paid Acquisition Channel for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Paid Social (Instagram, LinkedIn), Display Advertising, and Paid Search (Google Ads). Your primary goal will be to drive high-quality traffic and conversions through expertly managed paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Social Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Display Advertising: Manage and optimize display advertising campaigns, ensuring ads reach the target audience effectively and efficiently.
- Paid Search (Google Ads): Execute and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, focusing on keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page optimization to maximize conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations to the client’s marketing team.
Required Skills
- Marketing Analytics and Data Analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment like a startup.
- Bonus: Design tools expertise such as Canva to design social media creatives and videos.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Paid Social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Experience with Display Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Paid Search campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the client’s marketing team and present insights and recommendations.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. The experience needs to be demonstrable.
Education:
- Degree in Marketing or similar. (Demostrable hands on experience will be more valuable than the degree)
- An English degree is not required but it is essential to have a professional English level to communicate with other colleagues.
