Position Overview: We seek a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, market research, and product development. The successful candidate will play a key role in exploring the local and foreign markets, understanding customer needs, and driving product adoption among industry customers. You will work autonomously, taking initiative and making decisions that will have a direct impact on our growth and product development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
? Market Exploration: Conduct market research to identify potential industry professionals who could benefit from our app. Explore local communities, organizations, and freelancers.
? Customer Engagement: Reach out to industry specialists and clients to understand their needs, challenges, and how our app can address them.
? Sales & Conversion: Develop strategies to effectively communicate the value of our app to potential users. Convince specialists to adopt and purchase the app.
? Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users and potential customers to identify pain points, features they would like to see, and opportunities for product improvement. Collaborate with the product development team by sharing insights gained from market research and user interactions to influence the product roadmap.
? Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with users to ensure long-term satisfaction and app usage.
Requirements:
? English Level: B2 or higher
? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
? Market Research Abilities: Basic knowledge of market research techniques and an interest in understanding customer needs. Eagerness to learn from user interactions, and continuously seek out new opportunities.
? Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about helping users and understanding their pain points.
? Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
? Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative, and being proactive.
Nice to Have:
? Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in a startup or tech environment.
? Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze feedback and data to identify trends and actionable insights.
