Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced WordPress & Shopify Developer to create visually appealing and highly functional websites. The role involves handling both front-end and back-end development tasks, including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins, site integration, and security updates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify platforms. Ensure sites are optimized for performance and mobile responsiveness.
- Develop website architecture and manage the back-end, including database and server integration.
- Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Perform website performance testing and address any issues.
- Troubleshoot content-related issues and provide solutions.
- Offer WordPress training sessions to clients.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of live websites.
- Build and oversee e-commerce sites using WooCommerce and Shopify, including configuring product listings, payment gateways, and shipping options.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in website development with a focus on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify platforms.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience in customizing websites and integrating various plugins and third-party applications.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their application in website design.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and capability to work effectively within a team.

Skills:
- Expertise in front-end technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
- Experience using debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Solid understanding of website architecture and design aesthetics.
- Project management capabilities.
- Proficient in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
- Strong skills in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
