Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (Full-Time, Self-Employed Basis)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Corporate Administrator with a focus on offshore companies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the unique regulatory, legal, and operational requirements of managing offshore entities. This role involves discretion, professionalism, and a comprehensive grasp of international business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage a portfolio of offshore companies, including incorporation, dissolution, and ongoing compliance.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and intermediaries in various jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations across different jurisdictions.
- Assist in preparation and filing of statutory documents and returns in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure proper management of offshore entities.
- Assist in structuring and setting up new offshore entities as per client requirements.
- Handle confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion.
- Draft, maintain and update corporate records, registers, and minutes of meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate administration, particularly with offshore companies.
- Familiarity with international business practices and offshore jurisdictions.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in various offshore territories.
- Proficient in MS Office and corporate management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
