Requirements:
- Paint estimation experince
- Education & experience in construction or architecture
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to read technical drawings

The following will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of professional programs (Bluebeam Revu / Planswift)
- Experience in estimating

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Calculating interior and exterior materials (tile, paint, flooring, roofing, doors, etc.) for various architectural/construction projects
- Creating summaries, RFIs, updating projects when needed, etc.
- Directly communicating with clients/their representatives, following up on project status, changes and updates.

Working Conditions:
- Working remotely 45 hours a week in New York time zone (Monday-Friday, 4 PM-1 AM in Ukraine’s time zone.
